Get going with the challenge! A £25 M&S voucher will be awarded to one lucky individual for logging two journeys in week 1.

Swap a journey
Try a new way of travelling. Swap at least one car journey this week for an active or sustainable mode to be in with a chance of winning a £25 John Lewis voucher!

Week 2 (10 – 16 September)

Swap a journey for an active mode
Leave your car at home and walk, cycle, run, or use your wheelchair instead. A £40 voucher from Wiggle is up for grabs.

Keep on keeping on! Log two journeys
On top of this, you will be in with a chance of winning a £30 M&S traditional fruit basket for logging two journeys during week 2!

Week 3 (17 – 23 September)

Refer a friend
Four lucky winners in week 3 will win a Stojo Coffee Cup for referring a friend to the challenge. Visit 'Spread the Word', invite someone you know to join, and be in with a chance of winning.

Swap at least one car journey
This week, swap a car journey for any other mode to be in with the chance of winning a £50 voucher for Cotswold Outdoor

Keep up the momentum!
You could also be in with a chance of winning a £30 M&S traditional fruit basket for simply logging two journeys in week 3.

Week 4 (24 – 30 September)

A Kindle!
Swap a journey that would have been made by car to walk, cycle, wheelchair or run and be in with the chance of winning a Kindle.

Tell us a story!
Post a story about your journey to work on the challenge message boards in week 4 to be in with a chance of winning a Kindle.

Last push!
Log two more journeys in week 4 to be in with a chance of winning a £30 M&S traditional fruit basket.

Journey selfie
You could be in the chance of winning a £25 cinema voucher for posting a selfie to the Challenge site before the end of the Challenge (choice of Cineworld, Picturehouse, Odeon or Depot, Lewes).
